Jenna and Tom only use animals that have died of natural causes. 
Like Da Vinci, who needed to "see" inside the human body to paint its exterior, Jenna and Tom not only care for animals but also transport them with great care during their free time. After their long involvement in animal conservation, taxidermy was a natural next step.
