Our goal is to build a carefully curated collection of high-quality handmade creations while supporting independent creators in reaching a wider audience.

What We Offer

As a participating maker, you will receive:

• A dedicated seller profile within our community.
• A mention on our About Us page as one of our creative partners.
• The opportunity to list up to 50 handmade products.
• Direct exposure through the HandmadeLuxuryHome website.
• Promotion through our marketing efforts, including online advertising and social media campaigns.
• The possibility to contribute guest blog articles (subject to approval and mutual agreement).
• One link to your own website or portfolio.

Membership Fee

To maintain and promote the platform, we charge a one-time onboarding fee of €25.

This contribution helps cover administrative and promotional costs and reflects a model similar to that used by other established handmade marketplaces.

Commission Structure

HandmadeLuxuryHome retains a 5% commission on completed sales.

This commission supports:

• Website maintenance and development.
• Advertising and marketing activities.
• Order management and customer communication.
• Ongoing promotion of the platform and its makers.

Order Handling

When an order is placed through HandmadeLuxuryHome:

1. Order details are forwarded directly to the maker.
2. The maker is responsible for preparing, packaging, and shipping the item to the customer.
3. Payment follows when Handmade Luxury Home receives proof  of delivery to the customer.

We Expect from You:

We are looking for serious and committed creators who take pride in their work.

As a participating seller, you agree to:

• Offer only handmade, original, or artist-designed products.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Package and ship orders carefully and promptly.
• Keep product information and availability up to date.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding sales and shipping.

Promotion and Collaboration

Successful marketplaces grow through collaboration.

We ask our makers to actively support Handmade Luxury Home by:

• Sharing their products and shop pages on social media.
• Writing one blog entree per month. This blog should be textual and visually engaging and is allowed to soft-sell a product. 
• Participating in promotional activities whenever possible.
• Helping increase the visibility of the Handmade Luxury Home website.
• Mentioning Handmade Luxury Home in relevant marketing activities.

In return, Handmade Luxury Home invests in advertising, website promotion, and community growth to attract new customers and increase visibility for all participating makers.
