Art Pillows:

We have moved away from the first pillows -first recorded around 7,000 BC in Mesopotamia- quite a bit! These earliest versions were made of stone, carved into a cradle shape, and were used more for practical purposes—like keeping insects away from the sleeper’s face—than for comfort. Our pillows are as unlikely to be used as snugly head pillows as are the Mesopotamian ones. What we make are statement pillows, art-pillows, one-of-its-kind versions that decorate your sofa and catch the eye.
