The quilt is built from nine large blocks, each consisting of 12 × 12 small fabric pieces — resulting in over a thousand individually sewn elements. Subtle blue dividing lines run between the nine sections, giving the design clarity and rhythm while allowing the colours to shine.

Each small fabric piece is unique: many are solid colours, while others feature abstract prints, graphic elements, or tiny illustrations, making the quilt endlessly engaging. Children can explore it visually and tactilely, discovering new details every time.
