Low Cost Natural Pleasing Autumn Fall Decoration

Go, make that wonderful autumn walk! Collect leaves in all sizes. Use an old newspapers and a bit of gold paint. Soon you have a wonderful creative and elegant display of the season.

It takes four steps:

I. Collect lovely tree leaves. You can go for one sort or for many shapes. I opted for one shape in many sizes.

II. Dry the leaves.

You can put them between newspapers or discarded supermarket flyers, even kitchen papers or cardboard pieces. As long as the paper is willing to adsorb. Put some extra weight on the pile of drying leaves.

III. As soon as they are dry but not too crispy, paint the edges with gold paint.

IV. Let them dry a bit and arrange them elegantly on a dish or plate. I made a sort of classical wreath, but you can do a heart, circle, even a pine tree shape.

Enjoy your super elegant autumnal display.

Many of us have a bit of gold paint left over because nobody hardly finishes the gold paint they buy.

In case you have not, we have a recommendation:

No water paint, no gouache, but acrylic.

I have used my decorated leaves 3 seasons!

So, this makes up for a low cost but lovely elegant seasonal display.
