Where are the products made?

All creations are made exclusively within Europe. We deliberately choose local production and short supply chains to ensure quality, transparency, and fair working conditions. We work in Europe and we sell in Europe.

Who makes the products?

The makers are the artisans featured on the website, unless clearly stated otherwise. Each piece is directly connected to the person who created it—without intermediaries or anonymous production processes. 

Are all items new?

Most items are newly handmade. Occasionally, we offer carefully selected vintage pieces. These always meet our core standard: they are authentic, handmade and artworks or craftsmanship.

Are the products unique?

Yes. Every item is one of a kind. There is no series production. “Once it’s gone, it’s gone” is a fundamental principle of our collection. One exception are the printed art-cards. 

Is custom work possible?

In some cases, it is possible to commission a custom piece. This is always arranged in consultation with the artisan and depends on the nature of the craft and available materials.

How are prices determined?

Handmade Luxury Home is a small-scale, hobby-based initiative. No VAT is charged, and costs are intentionally kept low. This allows high-quality handmade art to remain accessible and affordable.

What about shipping costs?

We charge fair and realistic shipping costs, without hidden margins. Transparency is essential to our approach.

Are sustainable materials used?

Yes. Wherever possible, we work with natural and sustainable materials. Respect for people, materials, and the environment is a core value in everything we do.

Why are the prices relatively low for handmade work?

There are no shareholders, management layers, or platform fees increasing the price. The proceeds go directly to the craft and the maker, making it possible to offer high-quality pieces at fair prices.

Is this mass production?

Absolutely not. Handmade Luxury Home is a deliberate alternative to mass production. Each object is crafted by hand, without industrial processes or large-scale manufacturing.

What about ethics and working conditions?

We work exclusively with artisans who practice their craft independently. There is no exploitation or opaque production chain involved.
