Two sisters, textile artist Marga and fine artist Paula, are brainstorming. As they talk, draw, and fold fabric, their tea grows lukewarm, then cold. Then—the penny drops. They need small tea cozies! But where to find them? Nowhere. The sisters stare at each other and burst out laughing.

Not long after, Paula’s printed tulips (inspired by her original painting of three tulip heads -see photo-) are transferred to fabric. Marga, with her decades of textile skill, assembles the first one-cup warmer. They name it the Cosy-Cozy.
