We take great care in preparing your order for shipment.

Each item is carefully and securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. Paintings comes in a brand new Artist's Tube that you can use for storing wall-paper, presentation materials, fabrics, graduation papers etc. 

We work exclusively with reputable shipping carriers, including PostNL, DHL, and DPD, to provide reliable delivery.

For orders with a value exceeding €150, we arrange additional shipping insurance for your protection. This insurance is provided at our expense and is not charged to the customer.

Once your order has been carefully packaged, handed over to the shipping carrier, and a tracking number has been provided, responsibility for the delivery process transfers to the carrier. While we select only trusted shipping partners, Handmade Luxury Home cannot be held liable for delays, loss, or damage that may occur during transit. 

Of course, should any issue arise, we remain available to assist you in contacting the carrier and supporting a resolution where possible.
